Our platform and thinking have evolved rapidly over the last 12 – 18 months, working with some of the worlds’ largest organisations in the pharmaceutical, consumer brands, electronics, and business services sectors.
We are now searching for an inspiring Lead Developer to join our management team to take the platform from MVP stage to full commercialisation and beyond.
Job Description

Our software development team and our data science teams are at the heart of what we do. This role is key to the business and our team. As the leader of the software development team, you will influence our technical direction and architectural decision-making. You will have the opportunity to manage and deliver significant new features and applications, developing a ground-breaking AI-powered B2B Marketplace Platform, and industry-leading automated curation, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

• Backend: Laravel, MySQL

Team Structure

Reporting directly to the Product Director (one of the three founders), you will be part of the senior team. The developer teams will report directly to you. You will be responsible for directing their day-to-day work and performance. These teams are all currently remote.
Qualifications & Experience
You will most likely have worked in a start-up technology or e-commerce business previously and will have at least eight years of relevant working experience, with at least three of these in a team leadership role. You are likely to have a good Computer Science or Software Engineering degree. A relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
